3M ™ VHB ™ The adhesive tape is composed of fully closed cell polyacrylic acid ester, which has strong resistance to damage from heat, ultraviolet radiation, water, and chemical reagents. The special overall viscoelasticity of the adhesive tape makes it less prone to stress concentration.
VHB ™ The tape is entirely composed of polyacrylate, which has strong resistance to heat, ultraviolet radiation, and chemical damage.
3M uses unique solvent-free manufacturing technology to produce polyacrylate double-sided foam tape, which differs greatly from common foam tape in VHB ™ The foam core material and surface adhesive are all composed of polyacrylate viscoelastic materials, which can be vividly called "solid glue". Thinner thickness and flexibility, able to fit small diameter and complex surfaces; Can withstand outdoor use for 5 years under certain conditions.
The thickness of the surface material is 51um, and the temperature resistance range is -60 ℃~150 ℃; The adhesive system is 320 high toughness acrylic adhesive, which can firmly adhere to various high and low surfaces and be attached to objects;
