High temperature resistant double-sided tape that can replace riveting and mechanical fixation


3M ™  VHB ™  The adhesive tape is composed of fully closed cell polyacrylic acid ester, which has strong resistance to damage from heat, ultraviolet radiation, water, and chemical reagents. The special overall viscoelasticity of the adhesive tape makes it less prone to stress concentration.


  • VHB ™ The tape is entirely composed of polyacrylate, which has strong resistance to heat, ultraviolet radiation, and chemical damage.

  • 3M uses unique solvent-free manufacturing technology to produce polyacrylate double-sided foam tape, which differs greatly from common foam tape in VHB ™ The foam core material and surface adhesive are all composed of polyacrylate viscoelastic materials, which can be vividly called "solid glue". This special structure endows the tape with special overall viscoelasticity, and the tape as a whole can effectively dissipate the stress inside the adhesive joint through the mechanical relaxation of the tape, thereby effectively protecting the adhesive line.

The PCBA inside the 5G RF device is bonded to the metal panel using F9469PC transfer adhesive film, which is a transparent pure double-sided adhesive with good initial adhesion, a thickness of 0.125mm, long-term temperature resistance of 149 ° C, and short-term temperature resistance of 260 ° C. It is suitable for bonding metal materials and has extremely high peel strength, excellent stability, and high bonding performance.

  • 3690E+is a bright white vinyl label that can withstand harsh environments including ultraviolet radiation, extreme temperatures, and solvents, with excellent moisture and weather resistance. Thinner thickness and flexibility, able to fit small diameter and complex surfaces; Can withstand outdoor use for 5 years under certain conditions.

  • The thickness of the surface material is 51um, and the temperature resistance range is -60 ℃~150 ℃; The adhesive system is 320 high toughness acrylic adhesive, which can firmly adhere to various high and low surfaces and be attached to objects;

  • Obtained UL certification (document MH11410) and CSA certification (document 099316).

  • The product also has a silver version (product grade: 3698E+) available for selection, which meets the appearance requirements of 5G devices for labels.

Precision sealing structural adhesive

Multiple communication filters, 5G communication connectors, line equipment, sensors, etc. use DP190 for precision encapsulation.


3M ™  Scotch-Weld ™  DP190 grey epoxy adhesive is a 1:1 volume ratio epoxy adhesive with good peel strength, shear strength, and environmental aging resistance. The large packaging product is 3M ™  Scotch-Weld ™  2216 B/A epoxy adhesive.
