Product Highlights
Used to secure interior/exterior components to thermoplastic polyolefins, polypropylene, and traditional paint systems
Adopting a closed dark gray acrylic foam core with a thickness of 0.76mm, pressure relaxation can be achieved under load conditions
Has viscoelasticity, can contract and stretch, and can maintain adhesive ability under temperature changes
The adhesion and peel strength of the adhesive are very good
Good performance under various weather, solvent, and temperature conditions
Suitable for sticking to unpainted thermoplastic olefin, polypropylene, and traditional automotive paint surfaces
3M ™ Acrylic foam tape GT7108 is suitable for fixing various automotive parts and other interior and exterior components. It uses a deep gray 0.8mm thick acrylic foam core and is coated with adhesive on both sides. This adhesive has excellent bonding ability for unpainted thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) and polypropylene (PP) surfaces, as well as traditional automotive paint surfaces. After testing, this adhesive has high bonding ability, peel strength, and shear strength, and can withstand extreme temperature, humidity, weather, and solvent environments. Foam core has excellent permeability and viscoelasticity, which can shrink or stretch with automotive components when temperature changes, achieving stable and reliable bonding effect. When encountering high adhesive loads, its foam core can achieve pressure relaxation and maintain a strong adhesive layer structure under normal conditions. 3M ™ Acrylic foam tape GT7108 is a low-key gray color that helps improve consumer satisfaction. Orange release paper can easily achieve overall demolding and improve the efficiency of tape application.
